My parcel has been shipped out from Cebu on July 17, 2023 but it has yet to arrive in Masbate until now (August 3, 2023). If this isn't poor service, I don't know what is.

Parcel arrived in Pilar July 29. It is already August 3 why so delayed? Poor service
