I send a parcel from Singapore to Philippines containing chocolate bars, moisturizers, lotions, candies for kids, powder juice ( which they thought is supplement which they keep asking for doctor prescription) . I’ve explained via email many times that the items was bought in the shopping mall. And yet they keep replying for the same emails over & over again which I already sent event the original receipt of the items purchased. And worst, they ask for the abandonement fee of 11,809.60 PHP if I don’t comply with the requirement. How ridiculous is this???? Do you think is a right thing to do when I paid $200+ for the package alone?????
