I suggest to carefully screen your riders because one of your riders named Ariel Bacus did not deliver my parcel yet but intentionally rescheduled it and marked as "customer asked to reschedule" well in fact that man never came not even his shadow. This kind of attitude must not be tolerated but restricted.

Poor customer service! You cannot even talk to someone regarding your concern immediately. My packages from them are always RTS since they don’t call, they lie that they attempted to deliver or they won’t give the package to someone at home even if family members. What kind of courier are you?
