Make sure the parcel would be deliver 3 times.!!!!!!!It delivered 1 time only!!!!!!Why is it its not deliver for the 2nd time!!!!!Your costumer is trusting you to deliver the parcel because they need it especially on their important event!!! I already told the rider to come back again next day for the 2nd time but why the rider did come back??????!!!!!!!!!!!

You delivered my package to the wrong city. Your customer service sucks. Even if you made the mistake, you do not make an effort to make a proper resolution. The package tracking system in your website is not working. I hope sellers partner with a different courier service.
