Ninjavan just keeps holding out parcels and items and do not providing any updates even though the item is already at the Local Hub, J&T does a better job so much that it delivers the items and parcel advance, like after arriving at the Local Hub they also deliver that item within the same day unlike Ninjavan. It has already been days and still no update and they won't let the items be picked up from their hub too by customers themselves.

It's the 6th day already from North Luzon to Cebu, my package status is delivered but no one message me to deliver it today and I didn't receive my package.

Sana ayusin ng mga rider nyo trabaho nila, paid na yung 2 parcel ko, kakadating lng kagabi, agwait ako kasi expect ko ideliver ngayon pero walang calls and text.. Mababasa ko nlng sa shoppee acc ko na Irereturn na daw sa seller and unsuccessful? Wala akong narecieve na calls and text at wala manlang na iprovide na info ng rider or contacts. I'm so very disappointed. Di ko pa nakuha hanggang ngayon paid naman na, parang na iscam pako dahil sa di inaayos ng mga riders nyo Hays. Yung isang parcel pagkain pa naman yun
