Incompetent riders and poor customer service who doesn’t have empathy skills! And the agent Kim threatened me? I tried calling the rider but he would cancel my call and stopped responding to my text message when i said i am waiting for the delivery when it is already beyond the delivery timeframe! This is the number of this rider +63 916 708 5715!

my parcel arrived yesterday at 10:44am in the floridablanca hub until now my parcel is not out for delivery ano pinipili niyo lang po ba yung madedeliver ng mga rider how come Gagamitin po sa mga importanteng bagay yung item na inorder tapos hindi agad idedeliver ng mga rider.... Sana next time if nasa hub na pwede ng i out for delivery ideliver nalang kaagad hindi yung pinapatagal pa sa warehouse ninyo

Very bad . Marami Ako order pero na delay sayang tiwala ko Dito . Malaki binabayad ko sa shopee pay tapos hanggang Ngayon Wala pa order ko
