Hindi na deliver ng maayos ng rider yung parcel ko, at sa ibang bahay pa pinadala, ( sa relative ko, na malayo pa sa bahay namin) Di ko pa na re received yung parcel, naka received na agad sa app yung order ko. ( tiktok). The rider is from our area ( Barangay).

Shopee Express - PALO HUB I actually ordered something for my sister and paid it already. My sister politely requested to leave parcel to the guard since she was away and it was paid already. But delivery rider said these exact words "Ma'am adi na ak coffee matter papabalikon mo pa ako ha saint paul, kalapastangan ini". And even said "puta" on phone call. It's understandable po na magalit since receiver wasn't there in the receiving address. However, it would be better not to swear/cuss to customers like that. You should indicate contact number of riders. Delivery failure without contacting recipeint. Number of couriers must also be indicated

hi good evening. we suppose to recieve our order today order number 704982930331361 placed last sept.6, 2023 but the problem the delivery guy of ninja van dont want to deliver it in my parents house. he want my parents ( senior citizen) to meet him in the market which in fact he just pass by my parents house. nasa tabi lang naman ng daan bahay ng magulang ko. my parents contact him several times but he keep declining to deliver it in the house and he also insult my parents and tell them to cancel the order. Is it suppose to be deliver door to door because there is shipping fee on it, right? this is the contact number of the delivery guy +639319735681. its so frustrating because we badly need that order para sa bukid.
