My parcel got on hold because They report me as unreachable in the delivery date. You may check their proof of pictures it will prove their lying.

Wrong Item delivered, I contacted immediately the delivery rider after checking my parcel so that i can ask what to do but he ignored all my messages and got no response from him.

Improve on your order tracker by providing timeline of delivery. Customer has no idea of what time delivery will be made; courier or rider should inform customer of timeframe.
