When I know the rider didn't get in touch with me, why does the rider say the delivery attempt was unsuccessful? Given that tomorrow is a holiday and I am unsure if I will be able to receive my package, I have already waited two days and am really upset. Really irresponsible.

The courier Manuel Borela indicated on the delivery detail yesterday that the customer refused the package but he didn't call to inform us about the delivery. How would we know? But there is a proof of delivery at around 2pm using my company id. He does not have the authority to use my id which was saved in his phone from previous deliveries. I do not authorize him to use my id. I did not refuse my package. I am still waiting for it until now.
