You should check that the address of your client is a Govt office. Holidays and Sundays should be taken into consideration. Despite request of having it delivered on Tuesday, Aug. 22, your return it to sender. Why is it the before your used to send text message to the client, why is it that your 3 attempts(according to your staff) included Monday, Aug. l21 which was a HOLIDAY. NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO BE CONTACTED. WHAT A VERY POOR SERVICE. Dont worry I sent a message to SHEIN that your courier was unreliable.

Wala pang update kong nasaan na.. Dapat kahapon pa na e diliver. Tumawag man lang sana dun sa number ng reciever

Hello, just a feedback. Wala pong diniliver sa akin pero nakalagay na sa app na na deliver na.. Bayad na po ang item ko tapos 2 parcels po ito... Yung delivery man po ay si Amietty Dyan Pasion Solis... Hindi ko po ma contact...Pa feedback po if may update sa driver na yan..Hay naku
