Worst courier..ilang beses ng na-return to sender parcel ko kahapon ko pa hinihintay dumating nakalagay s status for delivery wala nman ako nareceive na txt or tawag from rider paki-ayos naman ng service nyo..

I can't order anymore on TikTok because of that parcel, I waited for 1 month and suddenly my item was unavailable I thought my parcel was lost. My TikTok shop has no (cash on delivery) mode of payment. Is there anything you can help me to fix it?
