I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repeated failure to deliver my parcel, [SPEPH03188462408B]. This is the second time my package has been returned to sender without any attempt to deliver it. I find it unacceptable that I have received no notification of attempted delivery, nor any explanation for the return. This is a clear indication of serious system issues within your organization. And also I was really disappointed with one of your riders misbehaviour who owned this number: 0975 083 8531. HE SHOULD BE TREATING ME WITH RESPECT BECAUSE I APPROACH HIM PROPERLY WITH MY BEST BEHAVIOR, but then disappointedly, seems like he's blaming me because he cannot deliver my order due to the fact that he's delivering a lot of parcel. Is that the way you treat your customer? Raising your voice against me? Furthermore, I will be reporting this incident to your main office and considering filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.
