Rider did not text or call, no attempts of delivery, yet i was tagged as buyer unreachable. I asked driver contact details through chat agent … Called him yesterday and said he would deliver it today. I waited for him the whole day on my work address yet no calls or txt -and attempt of delivery again. Parcel is now tagged as returned to sender due to unreachable buyer. THIS IS BEYOND DISAPPOINTING!
