Tamad ang rider! 3rd floor ang address pero dineliver sa baba lang hindi inakyat! Ang laki ng binayaran ko sa shipping fee tapos di dineliver dito sa 3rd floor!!!!!

yung rider d nag txt tapus gabi na nag txt 10pm ,. im not satisfy to this courier,. pa ayus ng dileviry lalo na rider nyu tapuz magiging unreachable pa ako,. d maganda yang shopee express d maganda service ,. ito parcel' tracking number ko SPEPH039482524169 my screen shot ako ng msg nya at my time kung kaylan nag txt.. mag dedilever pa ba cla 10.30 nga gabi

May I request to please re assign your delivery rider to other place because lots of complains regarding the attitude of this guy name Rider: Jeffrey Zaragosa Mobile Number: 639387213986. Kindly inform the J&T office of Daet Camarines Norte to terminate or re assign this guy to other place not in the coastal Barangay of Mercedes specially in Cayucyucan, Gaboc, Mambungalon and Manguisoc in Mercedes Camarines Norte. This Guy has his own policy and don't know the rule that is "customer always right".

Just wonderin why the delivery said on tracking unsuccesful and can contact me, but i texted him and then he response also. i texted him that im waiting my parcel and why he didnt delivered it to me, eventhough he is delivering parcel nearby our brgy. So annoying

Ung mga number ng riders laging not in service. Pag tumawag ka sa customer service ang bobo ren. Aabutin ng ilang araw ung out for delivery!
