Looks like there's no way to prioritize any deliveries and get the packages earlier. What a bummer.

Delivery claimed address cannot be located. Ive been living in this same location for 2 decades and never had an issue with my deliveries in my address. They have my contact number and could have reach out for location instruction if they are doing their job competently. The truth is they never attempted to deliver my parcel and simply mark it as address cannot be located for the sake of laziness and negligence.Horrible experience.. Poor and unreliable service. Waste of time.

Ayusin nyo pag deliver. My parcel has been in the delivery hub for several days, samantalang pwede na pala sya ideliver kasi nasa warehouse naman na. Very inconvenient. I was about to leave Legazpi already but for the past few days I couldn’t dahil lang sa parcel na yan na hindi ma deli deliver ng rider. Very bad experience. Ang malala, bawal pa mag pick up so I have to wait another extra day, kahit nandun na ako mismo sa delivery hub nila. I do not recommend shopee xpress. Mas maganda talaga ang J&T.

Sad especially when you know that your order is already in the hub yet they don't even try to deliver it already.

Would like to report your rider name Patrick with cp number 09912960732 this was provided by your notification. That rider supposed to deliver my moms credit card yesterday and we tried multiple times to call him and texted him but he didn't answering our calls and text to ask an update or give him an instruction on how to reach our house but no response from him and now i saw our parcel was returned with note of bad address. We also never get a call from this rider if he actually intend to deliver or not because I instructed BDO to included the note that in the time of delivery the courier or rider will call or text me so that I can give the easiest direction. I WANT TO KNOW THE REASON and make an action to that rider.
