Very poor delivery and customer service. Wonder how your company still operating despite thousands of complaints you had regarding undelivered parcels. As for me, its only 5 hour travel distance and the parcel have not been delivered for 3 weeks now. Multiple emails, calls even personal appearances already made but no one can't answer where exactly is my package, when will it be delivered or is it missing already.

If the receiver knew what's inside the box and will pay the said item..though there was wrong between ng name vs. nickname on the waybill but the other important details is right just allowed it especially when the item is plant that was purchased in province..as long as the receiver knew what's inside..they do not give to me the item because of the discrepancy..

Deliver parcel on time. Day 5 already and still no delivery. Agents not able to help because they can’t even contact the hub. ALL THE REPORTS ARE USELESS if no one will read & resolve the problem. DO NOT CHARGE IF YOUR TEAM CAN NOT DO THW SERVICE PROPERLY. Equip your agents/team to get things done & not just read off/copy & paste from a script

1 week na ung parcel ko sainyo di nio parin dinediliver??? may balak pba kaung idelver yan?? wala man lang matawagan n number jan sa office nio.. npaka bulok!
