You have to call.first the client for more clarification with regards to exact address of the cosignee..I been receiving txt msgs from your company 2go, but at the end of the day, another txt mgs follows that unsuccesfull delivery due to unkonwn consignee. I called hot line of BDO several times to confirm my exact location but still 2 times failure to do so..I can track the parcel but i cannot call anytime because 2go has no contact number available.All contact numbers provided on your website unavailable already..
