The transportation/delivery of parcel takes a lot of time (a whole week to be precised, AS IF it came from overseas) compared to other delivery services that only takes 3-4 days. If you need your item on time and you live in province, Shopee express service is a NO, I recommend to change your courier to J&T or Flash. However, still kudos to their riders, they are dedicated and well mannered.

the rider did not deliver my order and returned the item..I've been waiting in my house to receive the order but the rider did not come to our house. This particular rider is familiar to me that he did that last time but not delivering my order. His name is Niljhon Rivera Buenaflor from tandag city..He did it to me 4 times.

SO FUCKING RIDICULOUS. DON'T KNOW WHO NEEDS TO HEAR THIS BUT LISTEN. THEY HAVE ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL TODAY AND GUESS WHAT KIND OF DELIVERY GUYS DO YOU HAVE, THEY CALLED AND TEXTED ME HE WAS ALREADY THERE IN THE LANDMARK I HAVE PROVIDED. I LEFT MY PHONE AT HOME THINKING EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT AND STILL HEAD TO MEET HIM ALTHOUGH I ASKED HIM TO WAIT FOR AWHILE SINCE I JUST WOKE UP AND TAKE ME AWHILE TO GET THERE, HE COMPLAINED. I WAITED 20MINUTES AS WELL SEARCHED AROUND TO CHECK IF HE WAS THERE BUT NONE. IF THEY WILL RETURN MY PARCEL BACK TO TO SELLER, THAT IS NOT MY FLAWS COZ I HAVE MADE MYSELF AVAILABLE TODAY AND THEY FAILED AND DESTROYED MY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON YOUR SERVICE. YOU GUYS HAVE THE MOST RIDICULOUS DELIVERY SERVICE I'M NOT TAKING BACK MY PARCEL UNTIL YOU CHANGE MY DELIVERY GUY AND COURRIER. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HOW RIDICULOUS THIS EXPERIENCE IS. YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS TO ME, TWICE NOW. ASIDE FROM DELIVERY GUY NAMED ESTRELLA, ALL YOUR OTHER GUYS ASSIGNED TO MY PARCELS ARE SO FUCKING LAZY AND RIDICULOUS. MALOLOY-ON IS ONE OF THOSE. EDUCATED AND EVALUTE YOUR PEOPLE AND IF NOT,PLEASE STOP OPERATING. THANKS
