I am not satisfied with the service. I have been cancelling my scheduled whereabouts in aims of waiting for my parcel to arrive but it seems like the delivery rider is not determined to deliver it to my residence, and my prior commitments are being affected. The parcel hasn't even landed in our yard and when I look back at the app it's indicated that I missed the delivery. Do something with these or else I might sort to just cancel the whole purchase!

No good ..spx takes alot of time and it is super delay..this is the downfall of shooppeeee.

The rider is not trying to reach out always . The parcel always was unsuccessful. Please amend his behavior, he is not an asset on your company . His phone number is +639058173093 . Please reprimand his rude behavior.

Better enroll all your riders to a seminar or workshop on proper dealing with customer. Very disappointed..

The delivery is slow the package is in the hub but it will take them 3 days to deliver it.
