Must be the worst delivery service in the country. 5 January when my parcel was already in their hub, received it on 9 January. Another parcel also in their hub since 7 January, still haven't received it in 3 days. They need to close down right away

Bkit nakalagay received na ung order ko kahit di pa naman na deliver sa bahay ko at wala akong natanggap na parcel??CGE nga san nyo binigay ung parcel ko? Matagal na ako nag oorder dito sa shopee alam na ng mga rider ang bahay ko! Pero ung bagong rider cguro hindi alam at hindi nagtatanong Kea hindi na nakarating sakin ung parcel ko! Nakakainip lang

My parcel has never been delivered by the rider and now it is marked as on the way back to the seller due delivery attempt was unsuccessful I was in the delivery address the whole week of January 1st and I've been expecting my parcel but there's no delivery Reider that showed up! I am very disappointed on your riders shoppée express! I want to have my parcel to be delivered, I'll be waiting at the delivery address no matter what!
