Walang silbi ang delivery may parcel is tagged to be deliver within the day pero hanggang ngayun wla pa rin its already the 3rd time tagged to be deliver wala nman nagkukuntak na delivery. Paki-ayus nman po ng services nyo importanteng documents pa nman yun.

The recipient should be ALWAYS contacted by the delivery man BECAUSE in my case I have two orders that the mode of payment is SPAYLATER(INSTALLMENT) but the order is not delivered .But if my order is on cash delivery,the rider will contact me .I just only have problem with ur courier if it's on SPAYLATER payment here in Cagayan de Oro I think the delivery man should be monitored so that this will not happen to other recipient especially of they paid already the parcel through Spaylater or online banking
