Dapat po hindi lang 1 delivery attempt ang gawin, same po sa other courier, 2nd to 3rd attempt pa before returning to sender. So disappointed

helo , how come that my parcel has been delivered? but the rider didnt give me any notice that he will delivered it today.then i just saw at my shoppe account that my parcel has been delivered in it has picture of proof😡 i paid my parcel already . and i need that for my souviner of my baby. how can your rider so eresponsible? this is my first time that happened to me, can you please contact your rider raymund

I'm so anxious. No one is answering and the tracker is updating late. It's saying that the parcel is being delivered to my city and it should arrive by now. I urgently need my parcel and I just need reassurance of its exact location and no one is answering me.
