Pls advise your carrier/driver, to not rely on the phonecall in contacting thier recipients , some mobile phones were put in silent mode due to some justifiable reasons and i already informed him that im in a conference, i cant answer his call. Im very disappointed in your service.

You rider does not read the address well. So disappointing. Also please address the online tracker real time with the name and number of rider.

The rider 2 days na sinasabi sa app na recipient request for reschedule hindi ko naman ginagawa yun..2 days n kami nghinhintay sa parcel tas tinawagan namin ang sabi may ibabayad b dw kami anong klaseng rider umorder kami kasi ned namin at may pngbayad kami

Sabe estimated delivery june 6 to 8 mag gagabi nlng wala pa yung parcel ko!! Sana hindi nilagay yung date kung kailan dedeliver kung ma dedelay naman..
