been waiting for my parcel the since morning only to find out that it has ben unsuccessfully delivered.. So inefficient

You delivered my package to the wrong city. Your customer service sucks. Even if you made the mistake, you do not make an effort to make a proper resolution. The package tracking system in your website is not working. I hope sellers partner with a different courier service.

Dapat deretso sa bahay ang parcel . Di dapat tamarin pag punta sa address bago mag reschedule

Grabe napaka tamad ng rider jusko! Unreachable daw cellphone number ko eh buong araw ko yun inabangan kasi need ko yung parcel. Nakakainis grabe. Expected ko pa naman na ngayung araw idedeliver parcel ko peru ng dahil sa tamad na rider, mapapamura ka nalang talaga sa inis. Kada may parcel talaga ako gusto nila i pick up ko yun sa office nila kasi kung hindi ma baback to seller talaga.. huhuhu napaka poor ratings talaga sa rider dito sa amin.
