only called twice without any text received. Being a busy person i need to have notice of delivery from the rider. Text is enough so i can make a call when I'm at work.

I have paid a parcel containing important documents for delivery but you guys is now telling me that I need to pick it up on Alabang. How come that sent from Malabon bound to Paranaque was sent to far away place like alabang? I need this to be delivered and its you guys who is responsible to that and not th customer to pick it up. I will file a complaint should you leave your work undone.
