Super tagal ng delivery, it's only on the same prov. lang, rizal area and yet inabot ng 6 days excluding holidays...we're 3 municipalities away only...

Poor customer service! You cannot even talk to someone regarding your concern immediately. My packages from them are always RTS since they don’t call, they lie that they attempted to deliver or they won’t give the package to someone at home even if family members. What kind of courier are you?
