Yesterday, I experienced "insulting text messages from your delivery boy with CP No. 09638884415 Bakakeng, Baguio city Hub". May be it was my fault coz I told him am claiming my parcel at arround 5pm coming from my work. I was late for about 25 minutes so I didnt get my parcel as committed but I texted him after arriving home and charged my lowbat phone that I will get it the following day. there and then, textedted me insulting words and bragging words.... I think this guy must be oriented on the kind of work he has to be polite to his customers.. He told me he is no longer delivering my parcel but he called me this morning...I did not responded coz I did not know his ppurpose.

Shopee orders are 1 week late, just sitting in ilpilo hub for 1 week they're very lazy and do nothing even if you contact them

Sobrang bagal ang tagal dumating ..palpak kayo tang ina naging Express p kung sobrang tagal din nman kalapitlapit ng punanggalunfan ng parcel ko tas umabot p ng isang lingo bago dumating putang ina nyong spx kayo...

Provide a phone number for the Hub so when there is a problem, the customer can call and talk to someone to resolve the issue. My package has been stuck at the Mactan Hob for 5 days now. They won't deliver it!

Your delivery riders particularly in San Agustin San Fernando Pampanga is faking delivery attempt. I was at home all day waiting for my parcel to be delivered but nobody came. The rider didn't even try to message or call me. He even proudly sent a proof of delivery attempt but when I check the photo the time is 9:14 p.m. Who the hell will deliver a parcel in the late evening! The photo itself is also a bit blurry and the background is not clear as to where he was attempting to deliver the parcel.

Rider did not show on my delivery address instead marked on the tracking status that i was unavailable to contact.

Parcel already at the delivery hub may 2 but till now no delivery attempt has been made
