I received a text from the delivery driver asking for my exact location, which I promptly provided. I continued to wait for the delivery. During my break, I took my lunch and then a nap. Later, I found out from our Security Guard that the driver had arrived but was told to return after the break since I was resting. However, the driver did not come back. At 1:38 PM, I texted him to confirm that I was still waiting for the delivery. He only replied at 6:50 PM, stating that he had come earlier but was told by the Security Guard that I was sleeping. What irritated me the most was when he added, "I think it's your fault for sleeping during working hours." I stopped sending messages as he had various excuses for not delivering the item and his manner of speaking to me was impolite.

Im so disappointed to your riders, I'd been waiting for my parcel for the long time and give him many directions yet he always resched the delivery even though Im not informed with that.

Wag na mag accept ng parcel kung di nyo bet mag deliver. 1 week na yung parcel ko sa kanila, still di pa dinedeliver nakakainis! Wag na mag choose ng spx for your courrier. Ma hahighblood kalang. Worst ni sila.

Sana ayusin nyo ang app nyo. Walang kwenta hindi naman nakakatulong, kasi walang lumalabas na result pag nag track ka. So what's the use of suggesting to "track the parcel" kung wala naman lalabas sa app? Nilagay naman ng sender ang exact address ng receiver eh bakit hindi nyo nalang i- deliver sa nakalagay na address? Bakit kelangan pa tawagan sa cellphone bago mag deliver? Hindi lahat mg area dito sa amin eh merong cp cignal! Kesa naka tengga ang parcel sa hub nyo, dapat i-try nyo mag deliver sa address na nakalagay! Mahirap ba gawin yun??? Ang tatamad ng ng mga delivery man ninyo maghanap ng address. Maliit lang ang mga Barangay sa amin, at lahat magkakilala dito. Eh di magtanong kayo kung hindi alam ang bahay! Kase for sure kahit kanino kayo magtanong ng owner ng parcel na yan ay maituturo kayo kung saan ang bahay nila. Kagigil!
