Greetings, It would be preferable if the rider could let us know if they will deliver it or not, or if they could provide their name and number on your site so we may get in touch with them directly. It's a waste of time; I texted the hub, but nobody answered only to find out that the parcel returned to sender. Thank you.

Failed attempt with out even doing an attempt .I stayed for 2 days at home just to wait for the parcel that never came . Fix your service ...no customer service phoen number either to follow up package .just the worssssssst

Change Flash Express to turtle delivery,slow like turtle you 1.kept changing the estimated delivery date when you already reached the target date.2. You’re rider not sending meassge or give a call to the recipient just tagged unreachable then take photo upload the order status without leaving their contact number,
