Very bad rider Cansancio Marcelino. He called me this morning to deliver my package but until now 2:,30 pm no calls from rider but when I called Marcelino he told me that he has finished deliver in my area , he didn't call me since I'm waiting 5 hours. My package worth 4,753.00 that I was expecting did not arrive. I'll be out tomorrow and nobody in my house I could leave the money.

By morning they said the delivery will arrived anytime but until I waited but no ones delivering the item and they sais it will be redelivered. but its not. 😤😤 its been 3 months already.

Order ko po na nanggaling dyan last monday May 6 pa di parin nakakarating dto sa Mabalacat Pampanga. Police woman pa ang nagpadala ng Helmet na binenta sa akin. Wala daw po siyang nare receive na email galing sainyo. Ano napong nangyare sa service ninyo. Tagawag niyo aq 09564055030

Customer service tel no is always not accessible. I also did a follow up on local post office but no update or no advise was given on how the parcel would be delivered faster No update on the status even with email follow up. It's more than a month on the parcel and still not delivered even if advised perishable. It would be better, if the website for the update on the status of the parcel is always updated and easily accesible.
