Everytime we receive a message that oir parcel is coming we sometimes cancel our appointment and wait for the rider to deliver unfortunately they did not show up and their excuses is that they are having problem.with their service and told us to prioritize my parcel the next day but again they failed to do so which i sacrificed to cancel my apointment for 2 days.i hope the company will find way to solve this problem and give penalty to rider who doesnt comply.FYI my parcel is not COD and i paid it online to avoid hassle and yet they tend to do this.pls take action on this.
