foe what you have return card,if not following your rules ,its almost 1month and hf my register mail goong to indang cavite and not yet revieve my returncard from philpost commonwealth litex

i am a seller and i need to ship out my parcels this day and since this will be the last day for the orders.. and since there's no electricity here in our area, i wont be able to print a waybill.. so i asked them to print a waybill, pinakisuyuan ko sila.. and they answered that they're no longer printing. i insist kase nga ngayon lang ulit bc wala lang talagang electricity here sa amin... and they still refused.. AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO EITH MY PARCELS? HAYAAN MA-CANCEL NALANG?! JUST FOR THE FRICKING WAYBILL??! GOSH! IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE U ZERO STARS! I WOULD TALAGA!

Naiinis lang po ako kanina kaya ako nakapag rate ng 1 star sa rider. Sa kadahilanang hindi mismo sa bahay ng receiver siya huminto at dun i-abot ang parcel and yung tao pa ang nag adjust na kumuha kahit na nag instruct naman ng maayos na direksyon. I'm really sorry sa harsh and sudden decisions ko kanina and I hope that lalo pa pag butihin ang serbisyo. Nawa'y maipaabot po ito sa mismong nagdeliver po nung parcel. Kudos kasi na deliver kaagad. Please update me po kaagad kung naipaabot na. Maraming salamat po and God bless you.
