No further update since it was tagged as unsuccesful due to delivery’s limited time. Sobrang delayed ang parcel. Aabutin ata ng isang taon ang parcel hanggang sa mag expire nalang.

No text or msg and noted my order as “undeliverable incorrect address”? I’ve been ordering from shopee before pandemic & had no problem with j&t, ninja, gogo express, etc. Why is this delivery company still in business? They are so incompetent.

Rider has not showed up and has no effort to find where the exact address is unlike j&t that is why its too much hassle whenever spx is the courier of my orders

They call only once. They cancel the delivery immediately without taking more effort of communicating the customer.
