There was no delivery attempt made. The rider called me during the night informing me that my parcel be delivered today. Upon calling the rider today, he said that my parcel is for RTS and can't be delivered.

Check your rider statuses. Ex. Drug test They try to bribe me with picture but it wasn’t my address. It is the landmark or gymnasium of our baranggay, and attempted to deliver a parcel between 9pm to 3am.

Worst courier service. They always make an excuse that their delivery guy is new and is not familiar with the location. They outright consider you unreachable and return the parcel to their sorting hub. A waste of time.

I ordered from Amazon. When you already eveything is paid. They asked for proof of payment so I sent. They act like they dont have. They say Customs has it but they do. They blatenly stole my package. Do not trust DHL thieves. I will not pay ransom for my package. Aviod DHL at all cost. I reported to DTI. They said they will look into it. They take customs and DHL stealing packages seroius.
