Wasn't able to receive my order and upon checking the application, my order's tagged as RTS. Hence that I didn't receive text or call from the rider to update me regarding with my order. Thinking that I should get my order to the hub instead but we're not allowed to do so.

My parcel is always in attempt then immediately failed delivery until it was returned to sender. Very disappointing couz my address is just in the main road and it is exact address easy to find. I really think that your staff are NOT making the right effort to deliver the package or your system is failing.
