The rider can't deliver my parcel and he return to their hub and tag as recipients not at delivery location. The rider can't text or contact me during my parcel was out of delivery. I was very panic right now...my son departure will be on Sept 7..but his documents was not delivered yet..we are expecting that he will receive it a day before his flight..we are asking begging to your company to please allow them to pick up or deliver it tomorrow..it was important documents that my son will present to the Japan immigration in the airport..we are pleading to pay attention to our concern.

hindi naman dineliver yung order ko, tapos makikita mo sa tracking number pabalik na yung inorder na hindi man lang pinunta sa bahay mo para ideliver

The delivery rider scammed us . He charged us 3251 but it was only 253. We were not at home so our helper just paid for it. We are truing to contact the rider but he is. Ot answering his phone .

May I know the name and contact number of the rider who delivered the wrong item today. For the first time I didn't receive any shopee messages to inform that the item will be delivered today.
