We are tracking the parcel and found out that they marked it unsuccessful delivery. We didn't received any text or call from them.

Yes I understand na nag Holiday. Pero ung parcel nareceived na ng Hub nun pang dec 23 at 1pm pero until now ndi pa rin idinideliver!

Yung parcel ko antay ako nang antay ni tawag or txt sa rider wala. Tapos sa dashboard "costumer couldn't contact daw." di man tlga deniliver ng rider. Panget ng service nyo.. Buti sana kung may tumawag galing sa rider.. Eh wla.. Flash express Legazpi branch paki ayos nman.. Yung gift ko yun sa anak ko bago mag pasko expected ko nareceive n pero wla di nman na deliver

Did not receive my item but the status was already delivered. There is something wrong with your rider they are not honest. MIND YOU my parcel was already paid. Fucking courier does not even monitor your rider if it does delivered on the exact address. KINDLY MONITOR THIS Rider:OCW E R Darriel Bayl,639489268414. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED HIM MULTIPLE TIMES BUT DOES NOT ANSWER MY CALL OR TEXT.
