Our signal in tm/smart/globe is low, so they will not contact us. I hope they will find ways to deliver our parcel even it is not that big amount, how many times they return our parcel, not only me who experience it, so disappointed. But not all rider. More power to those who trying hard and God bless..

The rider felix rasco did not deliver my parcel, He cannot follow instructions on where to deliver.

Hintay kami ng hintay kahapon sa tawag ng taga LBC delivery rider na taga bais. Nilagnat pa yung anak ko hanggang 6pm kami nag antay pero walang tawag o text na dumating ! Hanggang ngayon wala. Hihingi naman ako ng contact number wala ayaw magbigay.

This parcel was not delivered to the customer and the customer was not even advised that the parcel was ready for collection
