the delivery is not really being delivered, you keep saying it'll be free (free of delivery charge if it didn't meet the exact deadline of the delivery) but it's still the same, you still need to pay for the delivery... and it keeps on attempting to be delivered but it won't come. I am getting irritated.

Aware naman po siguro ang mga rider na kailangan nila contact'in ang reciever ng parcel bago nila ireschedule ang pagdedeliver. Nakaka highblood na I've been waiting all day na kahit man lang tawag gawin nila para di akong magmukhang tanga kakahintay. Pakidekiver naman since wala ng bagyo!!

it should not take long the delivery of the parcel for almost a 1 week Important to give a call to inform the receiver that the parcel will be deliver on the day of delivery not an auto txt.

Bad customer service, driver couldn't wait for a minute to print the waybill just because he did double parking and was scared his car would be towed, it's not our fault that he double park.

I did not receive any text nor call and even delivery attempt to the given address. I supposedly prepared payment, but no rider does the delivery. Where does my parcel go? Can I still claim it despite of confirming it by the Rider as failed to deliver? Thank you!
