I have complained Benito Comedia delivery parcel of Malvar Batangas. He disrespect me at wala syang Good Customers service. Hindi ko nasagot call time nya dahil busy ako at nasa work pa. Yung parcel ko hindi ko nareceived at hindi kona kukunin.dahil sa attitude nya. He texting me at galit sya. Hindi magandang imahe sa company nang J&T express ang ganyang empleyado. Better him to terminate that kind of employee.

To JNT OF MALUSO I express my dissatisfaction with the late delivery of my parcel they didn't deliver it in my address, so i went to their location JNT maluso. and they ask additional 10 pesos for the payment, . Unfortunately, this incident has left me disappointed.
