Worst logistics that I had encountered! Sorting warehouse took a week just to transfer to another sorting hub. Website tracking updates is even worst and customer care doesn't CARE. Other logistics delivers 1-2 days only after picking-up from seller while ximex had my parcel for 8 days till now it's "OUT FOR DELIVERY" the same status update since day 1.

They already received my parcel.. ilang araw ng nakatambak skanila ang taggal ideliver... Nakalagy idedeliver ng Jan 10,2024 hanggang ngun wala pa din January 12,2024 na.... Wag d2 sa courier kau mgpapadala it worst courier i experience.

Rider attempt call me once and after that no call and text on the following day and my order is already RTS. Very poor service!
