Tracking information says: " 2024-07-25 06:26:27 Camiling Hub Your parcel has been received by delivery hub Why has there been NO UPDATE in more than 24 hours? If an address of the hub were provided I would go there and pick up the package, but there is NO ADDRESS. Why?

I understand it may took a little longer than expected due to typhoon, but for the parcel to get stuck at Virac Hub for almost 5days just before the typhoon even hit? That's unacceptable. Just let the buyer know if you'll deliver it or not rather than letting them wait for nothing!
