My parcel didn't deliver yet. I did not answer the phone since my phone shutdown and I contact the rider to reschedule the delivery but there's no reply. Hoping to your improvements since there's so many negative feedback to your DC. Thank you!

My package already departed from PULILAN to PLARIDEL since November 4. I do not know why there is such a big delay when Tiktok shop gave an estimated date of deliver between November 5 to 7.

Why is the delivery taking longer than expected? Upon monitoring on the Shopee app my parcel was recieved last Nov 6. When are you going to deliver my parcel?
