CHARGING US P2,500 FOR AN "EXPRESS DELIVERY" WITHIN MINDANAO ONLY DELIVERY BUT UNTIL NOW CLIENT DIDN'T RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT YET. FALSE INFO WAS POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE, THAT SAME DAY SEND OUT WILL BE MADE IF ITEM IS RECEIVED BEFORE 3PM, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT SAID ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING DAY. RECEIVING LBC OFFICE ASSURED THAT ITEM CAN BE FOLLOWED UP ON THE GIVEN BRANCH ON A SPECIFIC DAY SO THAT IT CAN BE PRIORITIZED YET THE BRANCH IN THE RECEIVING END GAVE AN INFORMATION OF NEXT WEEK SCHEDULE IS WHICH ALREADY BEYOND THE 3-5 DAY DELIVERY PROMISE!

Dapat man lang maglagay kayo ng mobile # sa bawat branch pra madali mag follow up ng parcel hindi na uso telephone ngayon !! Mag track tayo pahirapan din.

The del guy shows up but does not blow his horn or send a text or call, only an email which does not let me know he is outside!! Also, there is no way to contact Ninja in Mambajao and I think that is by design. I don't want that parcel sent back to Lazada!

The delivery man did not blow his horn text or call, just left with my package. I was in the house in the Air Condition. He needs to let me know he is here. An email does not cut it!!! He needs to bring that package back here ASAP!
