my delivery date should be jan.24 and when i tracked my parcel it says delivery failed...why???no ones txting me or call me that this courrier is delivering my parcel that day...such an disappointing

They will return my parcel to the seller and noted on the delivery attemp that were unsuccessful without calling or sending me. This morning I received a text but suddenly when I check on the shopee app they noted it as "return to seller". I waited that parcel long time.
