The assigned delivery was unresponsive to texts and calls. He came to our house at first attempt without communication and so I was not able to talk to him that I wished to pay via gcash and he refused my calls even to the next day which he should be going back. He has not returned and has just recorded problem in delivery, but he was not actually did not returned nor answered my texts and calls. This is not the kind of delivery person a courier company should have.

Rider is the one who ask favor to reschedule the delivery since his tire got flatten, but, it stated in the information that I was the one who asked to reschedule it when infact I was waiting since yesterday to deliver my parcel. I suggest to redeliver my parcel since I really need it

I would like to file a complaint, since this is the only way- I received a parcel which I did not order, well a friend of mine received and paid for it so I have no choice but to pay. So please, para di na magtuloy-tuloy ang scam na ito STOP SENDING PARCEL na hindi naman inorder- I even looked into my Shopee account- I did not order anything... I will report this to the police station
