Rider did not text or call, no attempts of delivery, yet i was tagged as buyer unreachable. I asked driver contact details through chat agent β¦ Called him yesterday and said he would deliver it today. I waited for him the whole day on my work address yet no calls or txt -and attempt of delivery again. Parcel is now tagged as returned to sender due to unreachable buyer. THIS IS BEYOND DISAPPOINTING!

I didnt even reschedule my parcel, id been waiting for it when you they notify me about my parcel will be deliver today as I expected. totally disappointed its my 17th parcel so far this not the first time they automatically cancel it or reschedule hayss ):

Very not recommended talaga bastos ng rider nyo. Ibang rider maganda naman makipagusap over the phone pero chamba jud ang ridee na naassign sakoa .. I'll really make a complaint on your office because of this and from what I see its very alarming to see na most of your review is 1 star.

Parcel is out for delivery at 23:33 Pm, almost midnight tapos itatag nyo na unsuccessful delivery attempt? Wth? I was waiting for that parcel. Wala man lang kayong call or text tapos ibabalik nyo agad sa seller.
