If items have been delivered to the delivery office, they should already be sorted out for delivery instead of sitting at the office. I didn't pay for extra shipping fees just for your workers to stare at parcels.

Yesterday the rider not able to deliver my parcel because Insufficient Time for delivery.I was waiting for it Yesterday because today I'm busy in church.and now the rider said he's not sure if makuha ko pa bukas ang parcel ko.

The delivery very not good, Very slow. I am very disappointed to this company. I wish my parcel one day .they're not gonna deliver. Let other company deliver my parcel..I'm really tired ..always disappoint me.
