Your system sucks. I have this order that's tagged as out for delivery but upod checking on mid day, it's already tagged as unsuccessful. I texted the rider and he told me he can't contact me. When its him who i cannot reach after my reply. We cannot identify the rider unlike with J&T where the name of the rider is indicated in the tracking once it's out for delivery. The identity of the rider is important so that if customers have issues with them, we can pinpoint them. Your riders are lazy and rude. If only i have an option in the app to choose a different courier I would and will never use your services. It really sucks. I have experienced this with you not just once, nor twice, but many many times.
