I leave in the Philippines and i often get international packages. When it arrives in Manilapost office, theres no way to track my package. It takes about 6 monthto get it delivered. I sometimes have perishables and after 6 months, it's expired. Impossible to call the post office for gelp on info of my package. Apparently my package is now in dumaguete, pero on the tracking, it says in route for office delivery in manila. PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY PACKAGE ASAP. I would suggest you change your systems.because your website says : CONVIENT, FAST AND RELIABLE...Which its definitely not i can promise you.

Hindi ko alam kung anong nangyari sa order ko. Hindi ko natanggap but already deliver. When I track may ibang tao na pumirma. No one contact us. I hope na gawan ng paraan ang mga ganitong bagay na nagyayari
