I’ve been waiting for a parcel sent to me since August 30, and it’s now October with no sign of it. PhilPost’s system is not updated, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. This lack of communication and service is incredibly unprofessional. Very frustrating experience!

Madaming email na ang pinadala ko sainyo, wala p din kayong masagot kung saan n yang box or parcel ng anak ko,cguro kaialngang isumbong nalang kayo kay SENATOR RAFFY TULFO!

The rider must communicate the delivery ahead of time. I didn’t receive my parcel until now and the rider assigned to me didn’t give me update.
