Its been 2 days since the scheduled delivery of my parcel but nothing has been delivered! Same feedback from the delivery guy that my parcel is too big to be delivered in my address by they have different feedback on their report. They said on their report that on the 1st day, it was rescheduled, on the 2nd day they said, they attempt to delivered but I was not around. it's all a lie! your delivery guys are just resisting to deliver my parcel because they said its too big!

HI. GOOD EVENING. I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT YOUR DELIVERY RIDER IC-RANNY RAFER WITH CP NUMBER:09544027616. HE SHOUTED AT MY MOTHER AFTER SHE EXPLAINS THAT I, THE CUSTOMER/RECIPIENT IS NOT YET HOME. HE IMPLIES THAT HE ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER THREE TIMES BUT I/WE NEVER SAW HIM IN PERSON OR EVEN ASKS THE NEIGHBORS ABOUT MY WHEREABOUTS. WE STRONGLY SUGGESTS THAT HE SHOULDN'T BE IN THIS SERVICE IF HE IS IMPATIENT AND EXTREMELY RUDE. THE VERY FIRST ATTEMPT WAS TODAY AT 5:01 PM. I AM LOOKING FORWARD FOR AN IMMEDIATE ACTION REGARDING THIS MATTER. THANK YOU.

Please deliver the parcel to the respective person or verify first before releasing the parcel. Me 2 parcel pa akong hindi narereceive since July. I keep on tracking pero lumipat na pala kayo ng place dito sa Nabua.

Napaka walang kwenta ng SPX dito sa General Santos City. Wala ba nag momonitor ng mga delivery riders neto? 6am out of delivery tapos umulan lang nung 1pm ng 10mins biglang "Delivery attempt was unsuccessful :Disasters" the next "Delivery driver has been assigned" tapos biglang "Your parcel has arrived at the delivery hub : Gensan Heights Hub" ulit. anong kalokohan to? SPX baka naman need nyo silipin ginagawa ng delivery ninyo. napaka palpak at tamad.

The rider can't deliver my parcel and he return to their hub and tag as recipients not at delivery location. The rider can't text or contact me during my parcel was out of delivery. And yesterday, tagged my parcel as delivered, may picture pa, pero di Naman bahay namin, baka bhay nya... Bayad na un bwisit
