I didn't receive my parcel but it was indicated in my app that my order has been delivered. The parcel is already paid. I ask for a rescheduling of my order because I was in school but the courier delivered it anyway and now he has my items and he didn't respond to my calls to the point he blocklisted me because I can't call him back

MY PARCEL ARRIVED AT ILIGAN HUB ON APRIL 13, 2024 AND TODAY IS APRIL 16 AND IT SAYS IN DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL UNABLE TO CONTACT RECIPIENT: DELIVERY TEAM DID NOT SEND A MESSAGE AND DID NOT MAKE A CALL. VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE
