I would like to complaint your rider named Rafael John Nepangue Ysulan,he is taking overcharged from the actual amount due,unfortunately my senior citizen father that recieved the parcel ,dont have any idea bcoz the recepient is not there yet!very dishonest rider.please take an action of this

Very poor service and their rider's making a false claims Raffel Pacaldo Rosell and Ian Pulvera Briguez that the buyer not on location and they're not even go to my area and i did'nt even receive any call or text from them!
