The parcel in in the delivery hub but they dont attenpt to deliver it. It arrived alearly in the morning. Kindly re evaluate and re assess because i believe j&t are reliable courier service.

Very poor service. I didn't receive my parcel since July 30th until now sept 17th 2024.Malaysia to Philippines I'm so disappointed. I pay a lot of money that document. Just like that. Didn't receive my parcel... So sad for this
