If the recipient cannot be contacted (I.was on sick leave that time), the rider.should.have asked the guard of our school because the address is clearly indicated. Common sense, a school has a guard where he can check the whereabouts of the employee. I left the payment with the guard and gave instructions because I was sick. Call logs should.0 second.in his screenshot, that means the call did not push through. In the rider's proof of delivery, he was already infront of the gate of the school, but he did not do any effort of asking the guard.
