My parcel arrive butuan hub on april 24, 2024 but to this day april 27, its not yet delivered and i cant find the hub. I am planning to just pick up my parcel... very poor service

Its a worse experience my parcel supposed to me delivered between 15 to 19th April then said by 22nd April then now 24th April. Today is 25 April to my surprise its lying in the delivery hub since 22nd. Last two days I am requesting the seller to push Ninja to delivery my parcel as soon as possible.

Poor customer service. Delivery driver dont have the initiative to locate the buyers address. Been waiting for the package but as per track the package has been delivered to different places. We dont even received a call that the parcel is ready for delivery. Its very disgusting since the parcel is very important to us.
