No notice, no calls from couriers, no update from the website itself. There is no information that can reassure the sender/receiver, even with having a tracking number, it's still possible to lose the parcel itself.

Really? Marking our orders "rejected by the recipient" even without attempting it to deliver? For the third time around that my parcel had been returned to the seller because of one same reason "delivery unsuccessful: rejected by the recipient " Lol better close your franchise!
