Sana nkalagay ang number ng rider para macontact ,wala ko access sa number ko dati dahil nawala cp ko ,kya hirap din ako mtruct kung asan ang rider lalo walang tao sa bahay ,Gusto ko sana ipdiliver sa office kso walang nkaindicate n info or contact ng rider.

We are waiting for our package to arrive. Can you help us contact the delivery rider so we can get our package? We have received a message that there is a problem with the package because the consignee is not known at the given address, you did send a message but why did the rider didn't call the cell number given so we can tell him the exact location? Di ba provided sa company ang load to make a call sa mga receiver? We have been waiting for this so many times. The Rider Erichfielson DID NOT CALL ME to inform me that my Parcel is out for delivery. That's why I'm so DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please let your RIDER CONTACT THE PERSON FIRST BEFORE HE DECIDE TO RETURN MY PARCEL.

Need na namin makuha Yung parcel Kasi ilang araw na yun inaantay namin. Important documents yun. Dahil sa mabagal na serbisyo madaming nadamay. Dahil isa sa mga requirements namin Yung inaantay namin . Until now nasa albay parin.!! Anu na?? Galaw2x nman po kayu Jan please 😭🙏

Its been 2 days since the scheduled delivery of my parcel but nothing has been delivered! Same feedback from the delivery guy that my parcel is too big to be delivered in my address by they have different feedback on their report. They said on their report that on the 1st day, it was rescheduled, on the 2nd day they said, they attempt to delivered but I was not around. it's all a lie! your delivery guys are just resisting to deliver my parcel because they said its too big!

HI. GOOD EVENING. I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT YOUR DELIVERY RIDER IC-RANNY RAFER WITH CP NUMBER:09544027616. HE SHOUTED AT MY MOTHER AFTER SHE EXPLAINS THAT I, THE CUSTOMER/RECIPIENT IS NOT YET HOME. HE IMPLIES THAT HE ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER THREE TIMES BUT I/WE NEVER SAW HIM IN PERSON OR EVEN ASKS THE NEIGHBORS ABOUT MY WHEREABOUTS. WE STRONGLY SUGGESTS THAT HE SHOULDN'T BE IN THIS SERVICE IF HE IS IMPATIENT AND EXTREMELY RUDE. THE VERY FIRST ATTEMPT WAS TODAY AT 5:01 PM. I AM LOOKING FORWARD FOR AN IMMEDIATE ACTION REGARDING THIS MATTER. THANK YOU.
